8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Svalin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
